Some years ago, i had just finished studying on a desk close to the window, i ought to have taken my books from the desk to put in my backpack but i was too lazy to do that. I told myself that i was going to do it in the next ten minutes because i wanted to chill for a bit. Ten minutes became twenty minutes, twenty minutes became forty minutes and forty minutes became one hour and my books still laid on the desk. All of a sudden, rain started falling heavily that rain water actually poured into the house from the window. My books became wet, i was sad and angry with myself for not doing the right thing at the right time. It wasn’t funny that day, i had procrastinated and i regretted procrastinating. Since that day, i avoided procrastination like a plague.
